Professional experience
Karen Ferguson joined Schneider Electric in 1995 and held several managerial positions within the Human Resources Department at Schneider Electric United Kingdom.
She was appointed Vice President of Human Resources at Schneider Electric UK in 2001.
Two years later, she moved to Copenhagen to become Vice President, Human Resources of the Nordic/Baltic zone. In 2005 she has been appointed Senior Vice President Human Resources of the European Operating Division and was based in France.
Since 2007, Karen Ferguson is Executive Vice-President Global Human Resources and is member of the Executive Committee.
