Remuneration, Appointments and Human Resources Committee

The Committee is provided with information concerning the Group's compensation policies, especially executive compensation.

• It reviews stock option plans and employee stock ownership plans decided by the Supervisory Boar
• It makes recommendations to the Supervisory Board concerning the remuneration of corporate officers and the appointment of Supervisory Board and Committees members.
• It examines solutions to permit a smooth succession in the case of departure of corporate officers.
