Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board appoints the Chairman and members of the Management Board and supervises executive management.

The Supervisory Board has thirteen members and one non-voting member. There are eleven independent members according to the definition contained in the AFEP-MEDEF corporate governance guidelines. Five members are foreign nationals. One member represents employee shareholders.

The Supervisory Board includes two special committees:
