High Voltage Alliance Project
Austria's VA Technologie and Schneider Electric announced their intention to create a joint venture in the high voltage business. The new created company will rank third worldwide. It will benefit from the strong geographical and offering complementarities of the two groups, and targets to rank second worldwide in the future.
