The Group's dividend policy is to distribute to its shareholders an amount equal to 50% of net income.

May 3, 2011: Record date
May 4, 2011: Payment of dividend

May 4, 2010: Dividend ex-date. From this date shares will be traded ex-dividend.
May 4 - 19, 2010: Shareholders' decision to be paid in cash or in shares
June 1, 2010: Payment of dividend
